It is situated in a slightly sketchy area directly opposite Termini station, making it easy to access public transportation. it is next to Termini train station and the stop of shuttle bus "Romeairportbus", perfect for travelers looking for convenience. The rooms are clean, the staff is helpful and friendly, and the Wi-Fi is better than what is offered in 4* and 5* hotels. The hotel also ensures daily room cleaning for a comfortable stay.

There were a few issues with the air conditioning, but overall, the hotel provides a nice and cozy experience.

I had an very nice stay at this place, with its location being the biggest highlight for me. Being directly in front of the main station made it convenient for transportation. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The staff, especially Nico, was very friendly and always available to help.

The location of the guesthouse, just opposite the Termini Station, was very convenient for us as we have physical handicaps. The room was beautifully designed with a nice painting on the wall, and it was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and the room was well-equipped with towels and a hairdryer.
